Booking conditions
The booking amount, unless otherwise specified in the selected rate, will be paid upon arrival at the establishment.
At check-in, all guests must present their passport or government-issued ID.
The applicable cancellation conditions are those specified for each room and rate.
Minors are not permitted to stay without the company of at least one responsible adult.
Meal service always begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure (for full-board or all-inclusive stays). This order of service cannot be changed.
